The properties on the Spacest-Rentals.com platform are all verified by our team.
This means that we guarantee the reality, the authenticity of the photos and the accuracy of the information in the listings so that you can book online in complete safety.
Search for the perfect house, apartment or room, all already furnished and ready to be rented, among our ads.
The images and detailed descriptions will help you identify the most interesting properties directly online. If you need more details, click on request information and contact our team.
Click on “Book Now”, enter the dates of your stay, and fill in the required information.
At this stage, you will be shown the total amount required to proceed, which includes one month’s rent in advance plus one month as a security deposit.
Please note that the service fee is covered by the property owner.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review your application and guide you through the next steps until the booking is confirmed.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, your booking will be officially confirmed.
At this stage, the payment corresponding to one month’s rent in advance and one month as a security deposit must be completed via bank transfer.
Both the first month’s rent and the security deposit will only be transferred to the property owner 48 hours after your check-in. During this time, you have the opportunity to report any issues with the property either to us or directly to the owner.
This process ensures a fair, transparent, and reliable experience for all parties involved.
Once your booking has been confirmed and the payment has been completed, one of our agents will meet you in person at the property.
The agent will show you the apartment, assist with the handover process, and ensure everything is in order. This includes signing the rental contract, completing the inventory check of all items in the property, and confirming the condition of the apartment at the time of entry.
If required, we can also assist you with the registration (“empadronamiento”) at the property address.
