The property can only be visited once the payment has been completed via bank transfer and the booking has been officially confirmed by our team.

If the property does not match the listing or there are issues during check-in, tenants can submit a complaint. In such cases, we offer a full refund and will assist in resolving the situation.
Are reservations accepted automatically?
No. Property owners always have the final decision and can choose whether to accept or decline a booking request.
Can I communicate with the tenant before accepting the booking?
Yes, it is possible for the property owner and the tenant to have prior communication before the tenant formally contacts us. However, the owner prefers to manage the rental process through our platform for added security, simplicity, and efficiency.
